Commercial Concrete Curbing

Whether your project calls for new concrete curbing or section-by-section replacement, Ace Paving & Maintenance manages the full scope alongside your paving work.

Coordinate Your Concrete Curbing and Paving Under One Contractor

Commercial curbing rarely fails in isolation. By the time a property manager is dealing with a crumbling curb face or a section that’s been struck and left unrepaired, there’s usually asphalt work that needs attention in the same area. Ace Paving & Maintenance coordinates concrete curbing installation and repair through trusted subcontractors, managed alongside your paving project, so you’re not juggling separate contractors and timelines. We assess the existing conditions, match the curb profile to the design or to what’s already there, and carry the concrete scope through to completion as part of a single project.

New Curb Installation

Design-driven projects call for curbing installed to plan, and Ace Paving & Maintenance manages that scope from engineer-provided drawings through completion. New curb installation typically goes hand-in-hand with new lot construction or a major resurfacing project where the existing curb is being brought to current design standards.

Curb Repair and Replacement

When the curb is damaged, displaced, or struck by a vehicle, we coordinate removal and like-for-like replacement, matching the existing profile so the result stays consistent across the property.

Let’s Talk About Your Concrete Curbing Project

If your project includes curbing removal, replacement, or new installation, reach out for an on-site assessment, and we’ll put together a clear proposal covering the full scope before any work begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of curbing can you install or repair?

It depends on the project. For new installations, we work from the design plan and install the specified curb profile. For replacement work, we match what’s already there, whether that’s standard curb and gutter, rolled curb, or another configuration. As your turnkey concrete curbing contractor, we rarely recommend changing the curb type unless there’s a specific functional reason to do so, and we’ll be upfront about that when we assess the site.

Most of our curbing work happens alongside a larger paving project, and that’s usually where it makes the most structural and logistical sense. That said, if your property has specific sections of damaged curb that need attention on their own, we’ll assess the situation and handle it as a standalone scope if that’s the right call.

Often, yes. When a curb section is being replaced, the adjacent sidewalk is worth assessing at the same time. If there’s cracking, tree root damage, or settling nearby, it’s more efficient to address both in a single mobilization than to come back later. Ace Paving & Maintenance can scope sidewalk removal and replacement alongside the curbing work so the whole area gets addressed together.

If your dumpster pad is already showing wear or damage, combining it with active curbing work is a practical way to avoid a second mobilization later. Concrete dumpster pads take a sustained beating from waste collection equipment, and replacing one that was originally asphalt with a properly specified concrete pad tends to be a long-term cost saver. We can include it in the same project scope.
