We don’t use one-size-fits-all maintenance contracts, because no two properties are the same. Traffic volume, climate exposure, pavement age, and usage patterns all affect what a lot actually needs and when. What we do offer is an ongoing relationship where we assess your property regularly, educate you on what’s ahead, and make maintenance recommendations based on what’s actually best for your pavement, not what generates the most work for us.
Do you self-perform all your work, or do you subcontract?
We self-perform our core services, including all milling, paving, maintenance, and striping work, with our own crew and equipment. Some specialty concrete elements, such as ADA ramps, may involve a trusted subcontractor, and we’ll always be upfront about that when it applies.
